Simply browse our available products, place an order via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll deliver the items to your hotel or villa at your preferred time.

2. Is the baby equipment clean and safe?
Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment after each use to ensure the highest hygiene standards for your child’s safety.

3. Where do you deliver?
We offer free delivery to most areas in Bali, including Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and Nusa Dua. For other locations, a small delivery fee may apply.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

5. Can I make a last-minute booking?

Yes, we accept last-minute bookings based on availability. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

6. What happens if an item is damaged?
We kindly ask that you take good care of the equipment. Minor wear and tear are understandable, but any significant damage or loss may result in a repair/replacement fee.
